Job Title: Volunteer – Website & Digital Support Volunteer

The Netherlands Society (Dutch Club) Rotorua is looking for a volunteer to help us create a simple, attractive and easy-to-use website.

Our club has been part of the Rotorua community for over 30 years, bringing people together through Dutch culture, food, events and friendship. We currently rely heavily on Facebook and email communications and would like a website that helps us share information about our club, events, hall hire, membership and volunteer opportunities.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with websites and digital tools. You do not need to be a professional web designer—this role could suit a student, someone building their portfolio, or anyone with an interest in website development.

The volunteer would work with our committee to:

Discuss what information should be included Recommend a suitable website platform Help design and build the website Ensure it is easy to navigate and update Provide basic guidance so committee members can maintain it in the future We can provide the content, photos and feedback needed throughout the project.

This is a one-off project and a great opportunity to gain experience while making a meaningful contribution to a local community organisation.
